New A350-1000 will serve as JAL’s latest long-haul plane on Tokyo Haneda – New York JFK route.

Japan Airlines (JAL) has received its inaugural A350-1000 aircraft from Airbus’ delivery facility in Toulouse, France. The A350-1000 will serve as the airline’s latest long-haul plane, commencing operations on the esteemed Tokyo Haneda – New YorkJFK ụzọ.

Japan Airlines‘ Airbus A350 has a four-class configuration. In First Class, there are six Suites available, offering three options: sofa, seat, and either a single or double bed. Business Class also provides Suites, with 54 seats that have privacy doors. Additionally, both Premium Economy Class (24 seats) and Economy Class (155 seats) offer increased personal space and comfort within their respective categories.

JAL made a purchase of 31 A350 airplanes, including 18 A350-900s and 13 A350-1000s. Since 2019, the airline has been using the A350-900 for flights on busy Japanese domestic routes.
