All Nippon Airways (ANA) announced that some of it aircraft will be temporarily out of operations due to engine inspection work, it will reduce flights on select domestic and international routes from January 10, 2024 to March 30, 2024.

Ana has received instructions from engine manufacturer Pratt & Whitney (P&W) and will begin to perform inspections of the PW1100G-JM engines installed on the A320neo and A321neo aircraft in January 2024.

As a result of the inspection work, approximately 30 flights per day will be reduced on domestic and international routes starting January 10, 2024. Flight reduction rate is 3.6%.

To minimize inconvenience for our customers, reduced flight schedules will mainly be prioritized on routes with alternate flights available on the same day. For some domestic routes subject to flight reduction, Star Flyer and Solaseed Air will operate 134 additional flights. These additional flights will be available as codeshared flights with ANA.
