Elephant Hills in Thailand released this statement after winning the PATA Gold Award:
“Elephant Hills is proud to announce, that we have won the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Gold Awards 2017 in the category for Environment as “Ecotourism Project”. The award ceremony was held at “The Parisian” in Macao and recognized 31 outstanding entries, which were selected by an international panel of experts.

The judges awarded us for our efforts in conservation and community related projects including our Elephant Conservation Project, Children’s Project and our Wildlife Monitoring Project all focused in and around Khao Sok National Park

We are immensely proud of being awarded by PATA and we’d like to emphasize, that the work we have undertaken is an ongoing, integral part of our company and nature tours.”
